Initial conversation - Free
Before booking your sessions with me, I offer the opportunity to have a free, no obligation, 20 minute conversation. This allows us to get to know each other a little and see if we feel we're a 'good fit'.

In person counselling - £60
One-to-one in person counselling sessions based in a private, comfortable space near Windsor and Maidenhead, Berkshire.
Free on road parking available.

Online counselling - £60
If getting to counselling is challenging for you, we can meet online, via video link.
It is important that the space you use to connect with me is private and free of interruptions.
