I’m Jess, a fully qualified, therapeutic counsellor, a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and a passionate advocate of positive mental health.

I understand that when life’s problems feel huge and unmanageable, they become difficult to see clearly, so I offer person-centred counselling which supports you to explore those challenges in a way that is tailored to you.

I work online and in person with adults (aged 18 and over) and am based in Windsor, Berkshire.
